The sofa was so big to fit in my house I had to return it

A lovely sofa with soft upholstery. It’s very comfortable, spacious, and practical. The delivery was quick, and I haven’t found any issues at all. It’s really well made.

I am a wheelchair user, sevely disabled so it was a shock to find your men would not unpack and take away and at least put my sofa together but No, apparently I hadnt ordered that option ..well I never saw that option , it was not offered to me. I even asked the men if I paid them would they do it..but no, with one man saying ...but that would be cheating? Wow ...i am bitterly disappointed by the service I received from the men in total. And to cap it all a lefthanded side one has been delivered notvthe right as per the pic. It is not reversible either end and what's more it is not the fabric I expected either. So all in all a great job wayfsir.

The sofa is of excellent quality, and its material is notably soft to the touch. While delivery was slightly delayed, we are otherwise satisfied.
