Bouirou 80cm Wide Sideboard

I love this chest. However, it has a funky smell that I thought would go away faster. It’s been out of the box for two days.

Really gorgeous but not quite as big as I thought it’d be .

I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this cabinet. It's not solid wood but it feels and weighs like solid wood, and the color and size is exactly right for my Mexican-themed Sun Room. P.S. Some earlier reviewers commented on "doors not staying shut" and similar. All I would like to say is that it is fairly difficult to correctly hang hinged cupboard doors. Try as you might, it seems one side is always uneven. Just persevere and hang the doors perfectly straight and in line with each other . . . it took me four or five attempts spread out over two hours to get them right, but I'm a skinny little old lady with COPD, and ALL of my chores could be done by my ex-husband in a very few minutes. Once I got them right, they open and close perfectly with a feather-light touch and the magnets hold tight. I love this cabinet.

This is a lovely piece. We have the matching, larger buffet which is amazing. I will say this smaller piece isn’t as “sturdy” as the bigger piece but it still works and what we needed in this space.

Lovely, solid cabinet. Blue is a bit darker than the photos suggest, as others have stated, but not so dark that it's navy. Fits perfectly in the space I needed it for, and looks beautiful. Not terribly difficult to put together, but it did take me (working alone) 3 hours. Definitely wish I had waited until I had someone to help; it would have taken much less time and installing the hinges/doors would have been infinitely easier. The -1 star is just due to a couple of build issues: the cam locks would not snap into place until I unscrewed the cam bolts by a quarter- to half-turn (which added about half an hour of troubleshooting to assembly time). A few of the pilot holes were just tiny dents and not prepped for an actual screw. It was an easy fix because I own a drill, but would have been very frustrating otherwise.
