The bed is lovely once assembled and looks very well in the room. However, when I was putting it together, discovered that there was a significant piece missing (a corner bracket which holds the the bed together.) I contacted Customer service who said they would put me in touch with the manufacturer which could take up to 48 hours. I went to my local Woodies and managed to find a piece that would work as a substitute. By the time I received an email from the manufacturer, I had completed assembling the bed the previous day. It does take ages to assemble the bed, so I could have done without a trip to secure an alternative to the missing piece.

I’ve had this bed less than a year and the mechanism to lift it up doesn’t work anymore, and the slats break really easily. Now my bed doesn’t sit flush in the frame and moved a when you sit on it

Lovely bed, I have had it for 5 years now and is still in perfect condition highly recommend

Excellent value for money, looks lovely. Was set up by the delivery team as part of a white glove service. Highly recommended.
