Great chair, almost feels too big (like Ronnie Corbett in his big chair) but so nice for a larger lady such as myself to have lots of room! But fits beautifully under my desk and was pretty easy to assemble on my own. Very comfy, supportive in the lumbar region. All in all a great office chair!

Quick delivery, easy to assemble and very comfortable to sit in for long periods. Good back support. The actual item received is a chair made by Lassic / Vida Designs and is known as Henderson Office Chair (sku: 3331236), not Shila Executive Chair by Ebern Designs

Assembled, didn't work immediately. The back is held up by about 5mm of a thin metal strip which was bent and warped out of the box. Unsafe and unusable, and they're trying to avoid a return.
