Kelton 5 Drawer 48Cm Tallboy

Bought two Nice looking sets of drawers fairly easy too assemble first one went well But…. Whe I was well into assembly of second set I discovered a section of the laminate was loose and had peeled back ( Ihave pictures) I contacted wayfair customer services I’m awaiting a callback In the meantime I Decided I was too far along assembly to re-package and send back I wii get some wood adhesive and make repairs But that aside happy with them and more importantly my wife is

The tallboy chest of drawers were inexpensive for the quality of what I paid. When put together I had a good solid piece of furniture.

Unclear instructions. Step 1 says to use x40 screws. Has a picture in the top right corner pointing out 3 holes of note on the drawer runners & there's only 2 pre made holes in the side panel. 5 runners per side panel & 2 pre made holes for each runner = 10 screws per side panel. There are 2 panels so that only makes up 20 screws. If I need to put another 2 screws in somewhere a) why isn't there any pre made holes & b) why does it only point out 3 holes per runner and not 4? Pictures aren't clear where they want the screws to go. I'm contacting customer support tomorrow.

Really pleased with this. Ideal size and colour for what we wanted and not too difficult to assemble. The only thing that stopped me giving it five stars is the back. The back is made of a thin fairly cheap piece of wood which is fair enough. There is a recess in the top for the back to slide into so it can not be seen from the top but no recess along the sides. This means that the side of the thin piece of wood is clearly visible if you are looking at it from the side. I have it by the side of my desk so can see this clearly. Putting the recess along the side panels as well to completely hide the back panel would surely not cost much but would massively improve the overall look of the chest in my opinion.

Perfect in our bedroom. 5 deep drawers and is sturdy and modern looking.
