Not bad but cheaply made for the price overall nice size but uncomfortable

The sofa looks lovely, however it's not comfortable at all. Also one of the runners fell off and I had to re-screw it back on. I'm trying to think of ideas of how to make it more comfortable. My old sofa was much better!!
