Chanute Armless Wide Desk Chair

I bought this chair a year ago, It was perfect and a very comfortable chair. As someone who crosses their legs when getting ready it was an ideal purchase but over the past 4 months the chair has become quite an issue as it’s starting to slope to one side I thought it might of been that I was sitting on one side to much but that wasn’t the case. I have tried fixing the issue but nothing has worked and it’s only getting worse. The up and down control has now also stopped working and the chair remains fully up until you sit on it. It has also started to slope back quite a-bit. The back of the chair was already at a-bit of an angle for comfort but it is now tilting back and had caused me to fall of the chair as it is just not stable anymore. I weight 78kg so weight shouldn’t be an issue I would understand if it was a cheap chair but it isn’t. I don’t know if I got a faulty one but structurally it isn’t good, comfort wise it was perfect for what i wanted. I wish back then i paid for the cover.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Mark on seat of chair cant get out. Split lining underneath. All Wayfair customer service say is,, Im really sorry for your frustration but we dont offer compensation over and over like clockwork. Ill never order from here again. Delivery was a day late so forget 48hours if it says on order. Absolutely shocking experience. Dont do compensation but well take your money for cheap furniture. Oak furniture land on the other hand professional company where they cant do enough to help. Rating for Wayfair zero
