I actually had to return this item as the colour was not right and what a fantastic experience! To me the measure of a company is how they react when something out of ordinary happens. The returns process was so straightforward and my money was refunded immediately. I have bought a number of things in the past and it was always a seamless process and I will certainly be buying more from them.
