I wrote a letter of complaint a soon as we put it together...but have heard nothing from you. Both seat back cushion have gray stripes running from top to bottom!! They look awful. I asked that they be replaced but have received no response from you.I will send pictures again.

Unfortunately the sofa doesn't look like the pictures. The whole sofa needs a bit more padding especially the back cushions which are a bit thin. You can feel the wood frame when you lean back. Not very comfy for sitting long periods.

Decent size ottoman - perfect for putting our feet up on. Could do with another velcro pad at the corners to keep the top in place.
