Soraya 90 cm W Chest of 5 Drawers

I love the product! However, despite following the instructions one bit at a time, the unit does not line up exactly and some of the drill holes did seem a little off in places. This led to the drawers not being able to fit in to the unit and I have had to alter the drawer rails and bottom bar at the front to be on one dowel each side rather than two, which leaves a gap. I will have to adjust this again to fix the problem however after 4 hours of assembly between 3 adults, I had to make do with the best I could. A shame really as if it wasn't for this, I would happily give this 5 stars as the product is great (in the main) and the service and speed of delivery was excellent!

Bad quailty! Top has split, drawers dont align with rungs so they dont slide out without falling down and wood is chipping off everywhere! Would like a refund/replacement

Look good. Were easy to assemble. Only slight negative is that the drawers are in wooden runners so can be a little stiff to pull in and out.

I cant fault the Wayfair customer service as they went out of their way to try and resolve all the issues I had but the product itself is absolute rubbish. I received the first shipment and it had two damaged parts and cracked and flaking pain on another part. I contacted Wayfair who arranged a second shipment in 5 days time (a delay I could have done without) and instructed me to dispose of the first shipment (an inconvenience I could have done without). The second shipment arrived and it was in worse condition than the first! Customer support again...shipment in 5 days again!! So I contacted the supplier and requested that they ship a replacement side panel (the part that was broken) only and NOT a full box that is only going to get damaged in transit again which they did. The replacement part arrived the next day via express delivery and I managed to finally construct the chest of drawers. Apart from the issues with all the damaged deliveries I found the same issues mentioned in other reviews that the pilot holes are often out of alignment, etc. My biggest issue with the product is that it is cheaply made from flimsy materials and is certianly not going to last.

Looks really nice and bought to match other furniture. But for whatever reason it seems as though the drawers aren't wide enough for the unit so they are always falling off the runners. Such a pain as it means the drawers are sat on top of each other, making it a task if you want to open the bottom drawer. Terrible quality.
