Chair comfortable. Back seems badly filled as flat after sitting. The delivery was less than satisfactory. Advisedvthat itcwoukd arrive on Monday which did not happen. Tracking page advised 2 man delivery and into room of choice. No. One man who struggled with heavy weight and wanted to leave out side. He eventually moved it into hall where I said to just leave it. As I am nearly 80 this was most difiicult for myself and 80 year old husband. The previous chair ordered from your company was during covid and item left outside which was understandable. Not this time. I would appreciate your comments.

loverly comfy well pleased good quality been 53 mum not falling out of it ,

i love these electric chairs but i beleive there is a fault in mine as it rocks to the side .
