I purchased this sofa about a month ago, and I must say, I am quite disappointed. After only a short period of use, I noticed significant indentations forming, which is unacceptable for a new piece of furniture.
The sofa lacks the necessary support, making it uncomfortable to sit on for extended periods. I reached out to the supplier, but their response felt rather dismissive, with no follow-up to resolve the issue.
Overall, I cannot recommend this product due to its poor quality and inadequate customer service. I hope others have a better experience, but I certainly did not.
