Amira Solid Wood Storage Bench

The instructions were incorrect in the link given in email and also on the product still. It still is incorrect. When I spoke with customer service they continued to send me this wrong assembly instructions. I found the instructions for a similar item under the product name "Farmingdale corner bench" online and we could build it that way. Only for this online search we would still have an unbuilt item. Customer service rang me once and when I missed the call they closed the ticket and told me I needed to raise another one. The item itself is average.

Doesn’t look as nice as the photo. Wood accents are more orange colour pine than oak effect and booth more green/grey than true grey colour. Hinges were horribly constructed and it was a pain to put together. Very disappointed.

Easy to assemble by myself although some instructions were incorrect. I had read the reviews for the Hayley bench and found the spring mechanism for this bench was too strong so didn't use them. The dimensions on the website are wrong and despite emailing 3 times still got incorrect answers. Luckily it has the dimensions we wanted. K am pleased with my product but the delivery service was terrible- customer service were apologetic but unable to sort the issue. If I could have bought elsewhere I would have.

A really super bench which we have in our waiting area. we were able to paint it easily to match our decor and it fits in perfectly. the storage underneath is really super. It was more difficult to assemble that we had thought and we needed the assistance of a tradesperson to put it together but we are really happy with it.

Die Aufbauanleitung ist Mieserrabel . Zwei komplette Päckchen mit Schrauben haben gefehlt. Mein Mann musste erst in den Baumarkt um Schrauben zu kaufen. Er hat sich einmal auf die Bank gesetzt und prompt sind die Scharniere rausgerissenen. ☹️
