Abasi Unfinished Entertainment Centre for TVs up to 60"

Cheaply produced product for the cost, even the dowls are plastic, what ever happended to wooden dowls, it arrived in the box slightly damaged on a corner, luckily the damage was only slight and on a rear facing corner so not worth the trouble to return it. I think the product is a few hundred pounds over priced for what it is.

Been losing faith in Wayfair for the past year but the last straw was today!! Originally ordered this tv unit in November 2020!!!! Purchased on the promise of ‘guaranteed Christmas delivery’. This didn’t happen, they blamed the delays on Covid. We were then given another date, then another date, then another date. You see where I’m going with this In February they said the item was no longer available due to Brexit. Hang fire and it will be back. Then it’s available again. Another 8 week wait and two out of the three parts came. Had to complain, yet again. They have me a new date, shock - it didn’t arrive. Then got another date, it didn’t arrive. It Findlay turned up yesterday looking like it had been literally kicked from Germany to the Uk! The box was absolutely battered and guess what, all the unit is damaged!! The guy who delivered it even said the majority of Wayfair items are sent back as they are almost always damaged due to them not using the right couriers to get things overseas. You’d think with the constant returns they would invest in a better courier that takes care in handling items but clearly not!! And what’s more insulting is they do absolutely nothing to make things right. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed once again Wayfair. Another good customer lost!

Easy to assemble, looks nice. Bought for a new 55’ TV and it sits nicely.

Die Lieferung erfolgte zeitnah unnd zuverlässig, das Materiial ist emttäuschend. Kunststoff, der wie Holz bzw. Leder aussehen soll. Ungleiche Stuhlbeine. Ein Kratzer in. der TVv Bank. Das hatte ich mir schöner vorgestellt.
