Velvet Armchair

Love this chair. Looks more expensive than it was. I bought the navy velvet and it is a beautiful colour. The delivery company were very good and kept me well informed of the delivery time.

Beautiful and comfortable armchair. Although there was an issue with the material type, However, the customer service guys (Paul and James) were incredible. Very professional and empathetic to my complaint and ensured the issue was resolved quickly

lovely shape and material- only negative is that the cushion is only covered in material one side which is rather mean as this is the area that will wear first !

The chair was much better than I expected, I was a little worried as there had been some negative comments around the feet, but all was fine and comfy too!
