Disappointed with the missing parts and replacement service The bed itself looks lovely and has good storage space, but unfortunately mine arrived with the middle support legs missing. These are important parts because they provide support to the centre of the bed. I contacted Wayfair about the missing parts and was told that replacements would be sent. However, it has now been more than 10 days since the bed was delivered, and I still haven't received the replacement parts. It is very frustrating to have a new bed that cannot be properly completed because of missing components, especially after already waiting this long for the replacement. The bed could have been a great purchase, but the experience with the missing parts and the delay in getting them replaced has been disappointing. I hope Wayfair can resolve this quickly.

The bed is good but the plus is a European one so won’t work unless I put adapters in which sort of defeats the purpose!
