Finnegan Upholstered Chaise Lounge

This is my half built chaise - couldn’t finish the process because no tackle sent to affix the arms . Beyond disappointed as another half cocked product Is it just me that’s been unbelievably unlucky as every purchase is faulty, missing parts etc .. My last ever purchase from Wayfair- I w we as given the dubious honour of an executive resolve person - making me feel like a hindrance at best and criminal at worst! Top and bottom, still sending me used or prebuilt goods as photos above show . Unfortunately, due in large at my having bpd , I became extremely vocal and lost any moral grounds I may have had.. Executive resolution person changed - she contacted me (two seconds after I sent a text saying I would be deleting my account once straight and that I would source my goods elsewhere)and erased the free returns I’d arranged with first executive person and charged me almost £20 to return goods . Four times this week I have been in tears over this further disappointment and no piece of furniture is worth that! I have placed 56 orders over 2yrs so I’m a returning customer Shabby Wayfair beyond shabby
