Great quality. Very comfy. Arms were hard to attach but other then that the assembly was easy. Packaged well and delivered quick!

Really disappointed with this. Parts not labelled, tears and rips in the material and the plastic is split in at least two places. If this was going to be anywhere on show in my home I would send it back but it’s just an office chair so I’m not going through the time and expense of taking this apart and sending it back again and then building another one but the quality is terrible. Would not recommend.

Nice chair although after a couple of years, the faux leather is wearing off the arms.

Great service and lovely comfortable chair.

The right arm was a little fiddly to put together and it doesn't feel too sturdy. But it is comfortable and looks good.
