I’ve opened today the package and I found it like that. I’m not happy at all about that.

Looks absolutely amazing. Love the gloss effect. Really hard to build as instructions are not easy and some diagrams contradict eachother. Would have been better if top and bottom cupboards were in 2 sections as far as opening too. Abit rubbish lights aren't included. I didn't read this at the time but looking back, there wasn't even an option to add on so abit disappointed there. Also if u have skirting the unit will be slanted as it needs to be fixed on the wall with brackets... so the side cupboards lean a different way to the top! 4 parts, hard to put up. It looks nice up but not as good as it would have been if it was a one part unit instead of putting to the wall....

Nice looking but there is a little damage under the down drawer and there is no drill for the light and socket we have to drill ourselves not happy at all

This is a beautiful item but it came with faulty rams! 2 wouldn’t open and 2 wouldn’t close. I didn’t know this until it has been installed on the wall. I went to open the bottom drawer and as the rams didn’t hold it has damaged the door. I tried to contact customer services about this but as I had waited for my living room to be decorated before I installed it I have missed the returns/replacement time frame I have no come back. Lesson learned to check items as soon as they arrive!
