Fischer Upholstered Dining Chair

DO NOT BUY THESE CHAIRS!!! My mom had this chair for a year and it completely broke making her fall and hurt herself! I contacted Wayfair and they will do absolutely nothing to fix this. We just asked for a refund but you can only do that up to 30 days. I didn’t realize furniture only lasts 30!They lost a customer for life. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. My

I like how solid it feels, but I wish the back were slightly higher for more support. Underneath, the base curve makes a not-perfect seal when screwing in the swivel. This works for me, but the little things make me feel the price should be less. I paid $230 with tax

Beautiful original design,comfortable and soft enough, spinning around seat. Ordered for commercial use for the sushi restaurant.

We bought 2 of these chairs. Have had for about a month. Looks nice. Comfort is as you'd expect (ie, not an all day chair). I have a few complaints. The biggest thing, which is pretty major imo, is the legs are NOT walnut. This is obvious in the last 3 photos. Solid walnut, as advertised, doesn't dent/crack like that; faux wood with veneer does; and as you can see in the last picture, it is a plywood like wood composite. My other two complaints are 1) the aforementioned minor damage and 2) the pivot mechanism is an open & greasy ball bearing system, which makes a quiet but noticable sloshy/gooey noise when you turn/spin. When I was putting one of the two together, I had to wipe down the mechanism's housing with alcohol bc it was over greased (second picture). Over time, if in a dusty place, I can see the mechanism freezing up. So my partner loves the chairs (and the sloshing lol), but I'm disappointed, particularly in the faux wood not mentioned in the listing. Probably would have still bought. It is a good looking chair.

Exactly what I needed to add extra seating at my table. Took less than 15 min to put each of the chairs together. Good quality. Love the swivel construction.
