Super comfy. I sit cross legged and the arms don't get in the way. Easy to recline, the massage a heat functions work really well too. Slightly complex to put together but once you get it it doesn't take too long.

The single fitting to attach the seat is not solid, the chair moves and is uncomfortable, a bit disappointing as it looks lovely.
