Counter comment: lumbar support was broken after 2 years, and the broken part broke the net. I don't expect the life so short. Otherwise it would be a good chair. Good design fully matched my needs. One of two was damaged, Wayfair sent me the damaged part, but they did very wrong to choose EVRI to deliver it. One star is lost for this to let management pay attention. EVRI delivered to wrong address and ignored my report. Closed up photo of label as delivery evidence and persist delivered. Lastly Wayfair resend whole chair replacement to me and received, but not collected the damaged one yet.
