Office Chair

The quality of the foam is good so far, and the chair is very comfortable. However, the heating system was not working, and the massage feature is only vibration. I was mainly looking for the heating feature rather than the massage, which unfortunately my chair does not have. That said, Wayfair’s customer support was very helpful and offered a discount because of the issue, so I decided to keep the chair. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now, and everything seems fine. Overall, it’s comfortable and suitable for long hours of use.

I'm a pilot and spend a lot of time at home in between flights going over flights plans, flight simulator and of course dreaded paperwork, which is why I wanted to upgrade to something that will be comfortable to sit on for hours at a time. This is the most I've spent in a chair but felt it was worth it and I'm so happy because it's been spot on. The seat feels soft but supportive, and the heated lumbar really helps when my back starts to stiffen up. I like to recline it and the pull-out footrest is great for a quick stretch or some shut eye between tasks. I actually fell asleep on the chair the other evening which speaks volumes - my wife woke me to go to bed! The massage setting gives just enough vibrations to loosen up without feeling gimmicky. It looks smart, feels sturdy, and it's easy to wipe clean, which is handy when I'm grabbing lunch at the desk. I'm really happy and I have no issues recommending the chair or the seller. Easy buy. I spend long hours at my desk, so I decided to upgrade to this black leather massage office chair and honestly it’s been one of my better buys. The padding is thick and soft in the right places, and the recline feels really smooth. The pull out footrest is great for quick breaks or when I just need to stretch out a bit between calls. The built in massage and heated lumbar support are a real bonus, specially on cold mornings. The heat settings actually help ease back tension after sitting too long, and it’s nice being able to lean back for a bit without leaving my desk. The black leather looks smart and fits nicely with the rest of my office furniture. It feels sturdy too, with a wide seat that stays comfy all day. The wheels glide easily over the floor and don’t leave marks which is good since we’ve got wooden floors. Assembly was pretty easy, took about twenty mins tops. The little side pocket for my phone is a handy extra. I can hear the faintest hum of the massage motor but it’s not loud and doesn't bother me. All said, t’s a solid, comfy chair that makes working from home so much easier on the back and a lot more relaxed.

Amazing chair, build quality is amazing, heating function works absolutely great. With this, I won't need to have my foot heater on during winters. I would surely recommend this product, worth the price paid.
