Hello, I’ve only had the chair for a short while and I’ve been very pleased with it. However, for the past three days, there’s been a problem with the height adjustment mechanism. It keeps slipping down from the height I’ve adjusted it to. I believe this is covered under the warranty. I look forward to hearing your views and suggestions. Kind regards.
