Adjustability is great. And until your body adapts, you may need to adjust it a few times a day to vary the stresses. Docked 1 star for slippery surface (would have preferred fabric) and joints that need oiling to avoid rare squeaks.

Assembly was relatively easy, however the rolling casters are set at an angle to the floor which makes it very difficult to move and swivel freely. Poor design of frame with the caster holes set at angle. Also seat rocks side to side. It's not loose, it's a design issue. I'm planning to return for refund.
