Poor quality. after 3 weeks of use lost the shape of seat

Decent chair that does the job. The footrest in particular was the key selling point here because my fiancé prefers to sit cross-legged on her chair, so needed the extended area offered by the footrest to do so. Obviously you get what you pay for at this price point. The chair is not the most comfortable chair on the market, or the most ergonomic, but you'd have to spend three times the price to get that. For what this is, it is comfortable enough. And I will say that when fully reclined with footrest deployed, I could have slept in it too. This chair was also good value without including the gimmicky massage features I saw in similar price point chairs. Assembly was easy if you can follow simple picture directions. I wish Mayfair wouldn't use Evri as their courier but my issues are with Evri there, not with Mayfair or their supplier.

Unfortunately I'm really not impressed with this chair. Firstly, in the description it says that the seat tilts but it actually doesn't - only the back does. It even shows a diagram picture of the seat tilting so this is wrong. There is also no tension at all in the back tilt and it's not possible to set the tension. Therefore you either have the back tilt on and fly back in your seat if you lean back, or you have to have it turned off completely. I'm surprised anyone would want it quite that loose. When I first sat on the chair I thought it was incredibly comfortable, but I've only had it a couple of weeks and the padding has already flattened and I can feel the hard part of the seat. And you can see the dips from where I've been sitting. For context, I'm just under 8 stone, so not a heavy person! The integrated foot rest is a nice thing to have, but it doesn't feel very sturdy so I'm not sure how long it will last. Unfortunately I'm really disappointed!

Aesthetically it’s a nice looking chair and easy to assemble. However, the arm rests and seat cushion are made from cheap foam which gradually disintegrates and becomes uncomfortable to sit in. Not worth the price tag!
