Ziva Desk

Exactly what I was looking for! Built it today. All the bits were intact. Haven't used it yet but seems pretty solid. Instructions were great.

It is terrible. I bought this piece of furniture to use it as a small desk as described on the website. When I open the compartment to use the compartment door in "desk mode" , the door is not horizontal (it does not open to 90 degrees). I cannot use the secretary as a desk. I am very very disappointed! I would like to be reimbursed and to have it replaced.

I love the look of this little secretary desk. I put it up myself which was a bit of a task as the instructions pointed to parts which weren’t marked on any of the pieces so I had to guess a bit but was able to manage at the end. The pin legs are not very strong and make the desk wobbly. I tried to screw it against the wall as suggested in the instructions but the skirting boards won’t allow the desk to reach the wall so I opted for “cornering” the desk to keep it a bit sturdy. It could do with “thicker” legs which I think would solve the problem.

Right measurement and clear assembly instruction. I really like this sideboard!
