Shyann 2 Seater Sofa

Love it… nice firm sofa.. looks great.

I bought this in good faith. It arrived without one of the gold leg end pieces. I was told I would be sent a replacement. Then I was told it wasn’t possible to have the replacement and instead I could take delivery of a whole new sofa on a date that I was not able to receive it. I settled for a 15% refund and was told I would be sent £115.49. Wayfair actually sent me £107.16, which was less than I had agreed to. I won’t be buying from Wayfair again as the products are usually faulty and their customer service is awful.

I ordered this sofa which was well made and very comfortable but unfortunately I had to return it because the color was darker than I expected

The sofa itself looks lovely, as pictured, however it wasn't particularly well packaged, and there were large score marks in the fabric on one side.
