Nellie Upholstered Lift Up Storage Bed

The assembly was so easy no chance the bed will move with all the stuff I have stored underneath no problems operating ottoman lift nice solid bed

Bed broke in less than 2 years and finding it impossible to get a replacement suspension and right panel

The bed has only last 7 months. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

I think the bed frame and headboard is fine for the money. Difficult to put together on certain parts and the instructions are not clear enough. Headboard was heavily soiled at the top part and tried cleaning but left more stains due to heavy soiling. Also quite a heavy chemical smell, which hopefully will go away with time. Delivery drivers need to handle customers goods with more care. Wasn’t surprised to see packaging damaged the way boxes in the truck were just in a heap.

I was able to select when I wanted it delivered, that was very handy. The assembly instructions were easy enough to follow, it did take my friend and I a long time to build (5 hours-ish), probably because it was our first time putting together something like this. Quality of the bed frame is good, sturdy and will hopefully last a long time. Only issues were with the under bed as I thought it’d be more than just a piece of thin fabric that’s too big to even fit properly, and the instruction that came with the bed frame did not have step 9 that the instructions on the website does so that wasn’t great. But we got there in the end!
