Kent 48cm H Upholstered Side Chair (Set of 2)

Absolutely brilliant. Everything I’ve had from Wayfair has been top quality and reasonably priced. Customer service is second to non too. One of my chairs has a slight fault which wasn’t detrimental to its function but Wayfair very fairly offered a replacement or partial refund. Perfect!

The chairs (two) were delivered to me yesterday as promised but the packaging already looked quite badly damaged. However, once opened everything seemed in good order until I removed the packaging from only one seat. Scratches almost everywhere on the seat. Worse is the quality which honestly looks and feels very cheap. I thought these chairs were a good alternative to the ones I saw at Habitat...wrong big time! I received a notification saying I will be refunded £119.16 although I paid £142.99. I have received an email saying I will be refunded the full amount... What am I supposed to believe? Everything else is still untouched I won't be looking at the rest. They said I can donate the item or dispose of the original item (myself!). I won't be visiting this place again...First time.. last time! Ciao!

Disappointing the legs are not strong

The chair is comfortable, colour is nice, easy to assemble but it doesn't seem that strong, better to be used by moderate weight person
