All reviews about packaging are true. I am surprised that they have not improved on the packaging till date. Please see the dents, crack and wear tear. One star for packaging but for product itself I would rate it at 3.5. Assembly is moderate and can take up to 4-5 hrs without power tool. I kept the product and received partial refund.

Is a very nice wardrobe for kids

Was not packed well, and there was some damage. I am happy with the wardrobe overall.

The item was damaged upon arrival, because the delivery driver dragged the box through the snow and also dragged it up the steps causing the edges to break off and then it was left on a wet porch. I chose not to call and complain because when I called customer service over an issue with the delivery, the people treat you like you are dumb, at first Way fair customer service said it was delivered and signed for by someone who doesnt reside in my building, nor do I know. Thats when they tell me that it was returned because they had a problem with being unable to scan the barcode, so they sent it back to distribution. They resent and I didnt even bother calling them to report the damage because it isnt even worth the frustration. I have had some issues with the way the bank and Wayfair do business. You order and Wayfair confirms with the bank that you have the money available, the bank holds that money until the items are shipped which can take weeks. This can cause problems due to the way this is done. All in all I will choose not to order anything further from them. The item does hold a lot of stuff though.

Your add says this is solid wood and it isn't. It came to us with the corners cracked. Had it been wood as your add said it is, this wouldn't have happened. I ordered it because I believed it was solid wood. You need to come get it and return us our money.
