Hayle Faux Leather Armchair

The chair looks great and feels sturdy once assembled, but it was very difficult to put together. I could only complete it with the help of a handyman after hours of trying. Delivery was very disappointing — multiple delays, changing times, and no clear updates. I waited all day and it finally arrived around 9pm, which disrupted my entire schedule. Nice product, but the delivery experience really needs improvement.

Lovely chair, it’s a balance of comfortable/ firm back support and really nice hazel colour suede / leather hybrid when viewed in natural light. One tip about assembly (my mistake) , check the arms are on the right way round otherwise final piece doesn’t screw in… otherwise easy to assembly ..

Great chair, looks just like the photo if not better, a lovely faux suede kind of feel!

Very happy indeed with our purchase...it looks much more expensive than it was and fits the room perfectly!

Chair arrived missing a hole to assemble the arm to the back of the chair. Only one hole and there should be two. It was resolved in the end very much to my satisfaction.
