Not looks same of picture and is came damage not good quality

Very disappointed not great quality that matches the price . Not to mention delivery appalling… poor customer service. It has totally put me off order with your company.

Took delivery of the item, all seemed in order and commenced building it. Soon discovered two separate parts missing screws for 2 different parts (sliding drawers and legs) Initial contact with manufacturer was good, they quickly stated they would offer either a 20% refund or the parts sending. I elected for the parts as the unit cannot be completed without them. (Should really have been both a partial refund and the parts but…) I then asked how long these would take to arrive, their response, 3 weeks! Not acceptable, so I went to re contact them through the Wayfair system (the same system that worked 10 minutes before) to ask for a refund rather than the parts as it would be quicker to try and source them myself. However the ‘problem with your order’ page no longer allows the query to be sent…I give up!

One drawer arrived damaged. L8ghting for both tables not working. Bought as a xmas present, hoping wayfair can help to provide replacements. Have sent an incident pkto on the customer portal.

Delivery was reasonable. Item is sturdy and nice. Assembly was not too bad. The LED light is a plus that I wasn't aware when purchasing. The surface catches dust quickly but it will probably go away after some time.
