Customers praise the product's comfort and ease of assembly, with many highlighting its stylish design. While some found the colour darker than expected and a few noted minor sturdiness concerns, the overwhelmingly positive feedback on comfort and speed of delivery suggests a generally positive customer experience. A mixed response regarding style indicates individual preferences may vary.
