Item arrived with instructions for a different product. Bought a replacement elsewhere and gifted this to my daughter and son in law who was clever enough to put together for my grandson’s bedroom so didn’t need to bother returning it.

This was broken on arrival, took me some time to get assistance with returning it, eventually got a label and we parcelled it up for collection on 13th January, the parcel is still in my hallway waiting to be collected. I have contacted Wayfair now at least 3 times returning this, is anyone going to assist?
