Elias TV Stand for TVs up to 55"

Sometimes the measure of a business is not how it worked when things go smoothly, but when things go (a liitle) wrong. I ordered the above unit and it came by 3.30 the following day. Much to our disappointment, when it was unpacked we found it was damaged. Following a call to Wayfair, I was informed the unit would be picked up the next day and replaced as soon as possible. The person on the phone was reassuring and efficient. The unit was collected at 9.00 the following morning and 5 days later we received a perfect replacement. We actually delayed delivery as my husband's birthday intervened. I love the unit, it is well made and modern in appearance. If I had ordered a similar one locally it would have had to wait 6 weeks.

The TV unit is a lovely piece of furniture…well made but came damaged

Delivered extra quickly courier was brilliant . Very pleased with the unit although the draws are very diy not on runners just fit in the hole cut out for them with a piece of wood attached to stop them coming out.Also the corner was damaged and looks as though someone has tried to repair it.I really couldn't do with the hassle of returning it and as it is at the back corner it's not seen.Overall very pleased and will purchase from you again in the future

Perfert in material, component and combination

I would have given it 5 stars, but the back corner was damaged and the hole in the back isn’t large enough to fit a plug through on the bottom shelf. It’s an attractive piece of furniture and not too heavy, making it easy to handle.
