Edit to add: Replacement has been delivered promptly after the request was sent. Thanks to the responsive arrangements made by a staff member, Alberto. This board is cracked, just got it an hour ago and was about to assemble. Hopefully the replacement will come soon. A disappointment as my daughter is expecting it before the start of the term.
