We were disappointed the foot plates were wrong unaligned rails bent and unaligned we did not expect to have to spend money fixing this issue this was on both beds ,is that why there was money off we had to buy tools to straighten bed rails, we had already got rid of old beds so we had no option but to make do should be entitled to some sort of compensation regards S dyer
