Well packaged. Fabulous bed. Easy instructions to follow to build. Took about 2 hours to build on my own. The led lights are dimmable. My daughter says she now sleeps in a cloud. Only concern was the delivery which took 21 days instead of the estimated 11. The packaging was badly damaged
