Brand Upholstered Headboard

Changed my mind about the colour and tried to cancel, was told it was not possible as it was due to be delivered two days later, but then it arrived 2 days late, 4 days after the attempt to cancel, yet I had to pay to send it back. Awful service.

The headboard is good quality, looks and feels very nice. The downside was the accompanying screws were small and couldn’t hold the headboard in place. We had to source screws ourselves, this was disappointing because we couldn’t have the bed ready before our guest arrived and it also arrived a day later than the expected date of arrival. Thank you.

I love the headboard, even though the colour is more olive than light green, it does work for me. The surprise was how poor quality the supports were. As one split completely in half when attatching it to the bed. I made my own replacements using better wood, but wonder what this will do to my warranty.
