Beautiful unit. Paid a lot of money for this item. Where do I start, late delivery, parts missing and don’t get told until I contact them there should have been 3 packages but they only sent 2 so had to wait 4 days for that. Then assemble it to find a big chip off the top corner which will be clearly visible when positioned, 11 days later and still no replacement top, so still sitting in the corner of a room that’s been freshly decorated and still not finished. Was going to return the item but would have had to pay so decided to keep it and wait for parts. To top off this bad experience when I was looking on the website I noticed it had been reduced again in price( not happy ) and not even offered a discount for all the trouble this has caused. Don’t think I’ll be shopping with these again

Packaging was good, everything arrived well-protected with thick foam, cardboard reinforcements. Assembly, however, was a real hassle. The instructions were not very clear overall mostly basic diagrams and crucially, they completely skipped the step for fitting the legs. To make matters worse, the legs did not have any predrilled holes, so I had to manually drill them myself to attach them to the base being careful not to split the wood. This added significant time and frustration, especially since the guide didn't mention it at all.
