It’s of poor quality Some nails and other fixing items missing

Mattress is good quality, but i would never reccomend to buy this bed. it looks nice but it is cheaply made, it comes in two parets and I have had problems with all of the drawers on this bed, falling apart and not working. things come apart and every time i just want to get something out i have to sit there for 5 minutes or longer trying to fix the drawer. The drawers also get stuck all the time.

Divan base in dire condition and drawer runners missing, very poor quality, unable to replace as over 30 days apparently, gutted what a waste of £500!!

Poor attention to detail. Screws not fixed. Drawer fittings upside down. One foot arrived smashed and tears in divan top and underside. Flimsy looking. Hope ok for a spare bedroom. Wouldn’t recommend

The divan itself is a wooden partial frame in two pieces which connect with a metal latch. It is not solid wood at the base or head just covered with material which could be easy to torn as no support. The top of the bed where the mattress sits is of a cardboard consistency but sturdy enough once the mattress is on it. The drawers are a little flimsy. 2 drawers were broken, screws come out, base of drawer not fitted correctly. The mattress however seems like a good mattress it is comfortable, mediumfirm, it does require turning regularly as per the label. I wouldn’t buy the divan again but the mattress is ok.
