good value for money lovely comfy mattress

Terrible, not fit for purpose. My 8 year old grandson has slept in this for less than 4 weeks and the frame is falling to bits. And NO he has not jumped around on it. Worst thing I’ve ever purchased and trying to get replacement frame from wayfair is truly the worst customer service I have experienced. If I could mark with a minus review I would.

Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered in may and still waiting for mattress which has been lost in transit 3 times now and delayed beyond belief. The base, which also arrived late has caved in, after a month of having it. A full refund has been promised but even still, I would stay well clear of this bed and especially this company. Very, very disappointed and extremely frustrated customer. Safe to say we will NOT be shopping with Wayfair again.

Nice base but mattress so so hard and can feel the springs I'm confused as reviews suggest otherwise

This bed was due for delivery on 14th June - without warning it turned up today 30th May. The instructions specifically say ‘2 man delivery’ on the bed and Wayfair state it’s delivered to the ‘room of choice’. Delivery driver refused to even deliver it into the house, let alone upstairs. Absolutely appalled at this. The fact it was supposed to be delivered to the room of choice was a deciding factor in choosing Wayfair over another company. What is the point of putting it on the website if it’s not true? Haven’t tried the bed because it’s currently blocking my hall as I cannot possibly get it upstairs by myself.
