Arlo Pocketsprung Divan Bed Set

Excellent quality, nice to look at, excellent service

This was a mid range mattress and I was surprised with the quality which exceeded my expectations I would recommend this mattress.. however The base was a little disappointing when I put it together the feet were not of a good quality and did not fit easely and one leg did not fit properly and I had to remove the seat of the fixture and refit the whole leg. The Most disappointing aspect of the whole experience was with the delivery team , as I was expecting a delivery to the bedroom. Delivery team left bed propped against a car and were leaving when my wife chased after them and asked them to bring it in , they responded that it was light and she could do it. They reluctantly moved it from outside into the downstairs hall and not to the room of choice as per the delivery details that were advertised.

Very comfy beds, delivery was prompt, although a mix up with emails stating when the beds would be delivered

This bed and mattress is fab, just what we needed for out 5 yr old daughter. Great quality and well worth the low price paid. Drawers are huge and spacious and material lovely. Only issue was the bed seemed to get stuck at courier for nearly a week which was all sorted by a very helpful lady at Wayfair and delivered quickly after so great service too! Cannot fault.

Total waste of money and time. Everything from mucked up delivery slots to damage to the item - drawers with massive holes in them - looks like someone put their boot into them. A few weeks after having the item the mattress is sinking in centre and very very uncomfortable. First - avoid or buy at your peril.
