Looks just like the picture. The fabric is soft and the seat is definitely wide enough to sit criss cross. For the pillow, you can actually position it on your back for lumbar support. I am 5’1 and usually like a chair that can get really high to ensure the table feels lower or closer level to my waist. This gets really high, which I truly like. It was worth the extra that I spent on due the adjustable height range. Thank you.
