Bloß die Finger weglassen! Das Bett kam kaputt an (Kopfteil war beschäftigt). Als die Ersatzlieferung kam, gab es das selbe Problem. Seit zwei Monaten warte ich jetzt auf ein heiles Bett. Die ganzen Retorenprozesse sind mit einem riesigen Aufwand verbunden, da die Lieferung seperat von einer Speditionsfirma abgeholt wird. Habe jetzt das dritte Mal, nach endlosen Telefonaten, eine Retoure angemeldet. Ich hoffe beim dritten Mal kommt das Bett mal heile an.... Rabatt oder ein Entgegenkommen für den ganzen Aufwand gibt es auch nicht.
