Bought for Granddaughter's bedroom, she was over the moon with ottoman, very quick delivery and good price.

There was a slight problem with the lid. It was slightly damaged. However customer service were excellent and fixed the issue very promptly.

Absolutely luxurious, soft and velvety on the outside. Inside perfect for storing my throws. Very pleased indeed and definitely recommend to anyone.
