Amazing bed, excellent service,great price!

This is the one of the worst bed I have ever seen, my daughter can not sleep on it since it was bought. The underneath plank keep falling off. I paid for someone from your company to. One fix it and the guy was in a hurry to leave. I have also called someone else to look into it. Still same way . I have attached a copy of pictures of what it looks like. Kindly help me with the repair work r exchange

This bed is fantastic! So modern, comfy and so ideal to keep storage tucked away neat and tidy. We did find the assembly of the frame rather difficult and questioned why each part was not labelled. Also for the bed to go up and down it has to have the weight of the mattress on top of the frame. It took a little time and patience but I wouldn’t throughly recommend this bed!

The bed is really sturdy and well made. Was tricky to build due to difficult to understand instructions on building the metal framework. Once I had figured it out, everything went together well. Bed looks amazing and I’m very happy with it. I bought one that looks very similar to this from Dunelm and this one is much better quality. Will definitely buy from Wayfair again.

Love my new bed, good quality Instructions easy to follow as I managed to put the bed together myself . Service very good, ordered Tuesday, delivered Wednesday and put up by Thursday.
