Lovely stool slightly damaged on underside of frame but wayfair dealt with that promptly Easy to assemble

The website says “ no assembly required “ for this dressing table stool. THIS IS NOT TRUE. The stool comes in bits, put it together yourself. Add to that when it arrived there were no screws or washers and when they finally said they were sending those, it then turned out that all the bits of the frame were not included either ! Special shout out to the “ verified “ suppliers furniture box ( www.furniture box.co.uk ) who I also contacted who refused to have anything to do with it , despite the fact it can direct from them ! They basically refused to send the missing parts and said it had to go through Wayfair , very rude , very unhelpful. Total disaster, stool not as described and not fit for purpose.

Beautiful dressing table stool. Colour was lovely exactly what I wanted

I couldn't be more pleased with this dressing table stool, comfortable deeply cushioned (great for my back problem). Modern and very stylish.
