I would give the chair 3/5 as it is ok not very sturdy. What really let it down was the delivery with Evri ! Bought for sons birthday he awoke the morning of his his birthday to no present as they had messed the delivery up. It arrived a week later after Evri updated everyday to say they were delivering and then 10 minutes before the delivery slot they cancelled over and over again. Not acceptable when I rang wayfair they said they had lodged a ticket with Evri and there was nothing further they could do. I asked for a cancellation and refund but they said this was not possible as I had to wait 6 working days for Evri to respond.

Awesome purchase! My son loves the relaxing vibration in the footrest.
